Romina Ferrufino-beza

Romina Ferrufino-Beza, is the Office Manager for EIP. Romina is a graduate from Fairfax County Public Schools and is a first gen college student. Before becoming Office Manager, Romina was a Social Work Intern for EIP and attended AMP sites. 

She is currently pursuing her Master's in Social Work. As a first gen, she understands the struggles and barriers that first gen students encounter, therefore she is eager to be a part of the team and program that helps alleviate that struggle and frustration. Romina is passionate about serving minority communities and giving back to the community with the resources she learns throughout her career.
